I ordered for the first time from these guys on
Sunday night and got my shoes Tuesday. Nice way to welcome a
new customer, as they upgraded me to 2nd Day Air which
actually ended up getting here overnight. Great site. I loved
the multiple views of the shoes and detailed descriptions.
Return policy seems great, if needed, as does price guarantee.
Dexter Shoes, The price for the shoe I got was $5 more than at
shoes Inc, but shoes Inc didn't have my size, so I couldn't
claim the guarantee. I don't think DSW Shoes is about cost
savings, just convenience and selection and and those areas,
they excel. I recently ordered some
shoes from them. The shoes came (sooner than expected... 2nd
day air and shipping was free!). When I got the shoes, I loved
them but they felt a little small. When you view the DSW shoes
on the site, other users can post their reviews on how the
shoe fit, if it was comfortable, etc. Other users mentioned
that the shoe "felt true to size," but my toes were hitting up
against the front of the shoe. I wrote them and said that I
wanted to try the next half size up, but didn't want to send
back the Dexter Shoes current size only to find out that the
new size was too big. |
